Processes offered:
USP: Ultrasonic Shot Peening which can be used wherever traditional peening methods are employed but has many advantages over the conventional process. These include, but are not limited to repeatability, speed, and media retention meaning that there are no contamination issues.
UNS: Ultrasonic Needle Straightening which is used to form or straighten parts that have been distorted during the manufacturing process such as distortion during machining or after heat treatment
UIT, Ultrasonic Impact Treatment: also known as HFMI or High Frequency Mechanical Impact treatment. This is used widely to treat weld joints on both new and older parts and structures
